These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Web Site or LANWT's Material will be instituted in a federal court in the Northern District of Texas except that, where jurisdiction is not in any way available in that forum, the litigation may be commenced in the State District Court in Dallas County, Texas.
